We are a small team of writers and educators who live and work with people aged 45–70 every day. We write every guide as if we were explaining it to someone we love — because we are.
Each guide is tested for plain-English readability, fact-checked before publishing, and written to keep you safe from scams while you learn.

Yes. Every guide on this site is free to read, with no paywalls and no hidden charges. If we ever recommend a tool that costs money, we will always tell you plainly — and our picks never cost extra.
Do I need technical skills to follow along?
No. If you can send a text or read an email, you have all the skills you need. Every guide starts from zero and explains each step, with pictures where it helps.
Will AI take over my privacy?
Only if you let it — which is why our Safety guides are free for everyone. We show you exactly what to share, what never to share, and how to check the privacy settings on each tool.
Can you help my parent or grandparent learn AI?
Yes. We have a whole section for adult children who are helping their parents get started. Start with the AI Basics guides, and share them one at a time.
